-Bottle bales are placed into a bale breaker as they arrive at the recycling line. They are subsequently washed in a caustic solution, which is discharged from the flake-washing module and would otherwise be thrown away. The primary impurities are eliminated here, resulting in less machine wear in the procedures that follow.
-Following the pre-washing, manual and automatic sorting occurs. The bottles are then grind into flakes using a wet granulator. After being separated from water and pulp in a centrifuge, the flakes are transferred to a final separation. An air separation is used to remove tiny particles after drying.

The Label Scraper is suitable to remove labels and sleeves of all the kinds as well as external drit from beverages bottles comes from all post consumer area. The label scraper removes labels and exernal dirt fro the beverages bottles by mechncical firiction between cutting elements on a rotating durm and fixed elements in exchangeable housing component. The Stator elements can be pre-adjuested from different bottle sizes and cabe adujst if necessary. In this section a thermal sensor has been installed constantly measuring the temperature. The crushed labels and the removed dirt are discharged off the machine together with the bottles and are separated from the material stream over a further process.
Two different design of pipe feeding -form side and -from front tilt feeding. Both multipurpose and dedicated Panchal granulators are available for recycling various plastic pipe and profile. The Panchal 600, 1000 & 1350mm in-line granulators are dedicated to the direct recycling of waste from thermoformed plastic packaging material. They cut to pieces whole foil, skeletal foil and partially punched foil into high-quality regrind at up to 1,000 lbs./hour. The granulator’s fully integrated Roll Feed System –600, 1000 & 1350mm wide – draws in continuous sheet of waste directly from the thermoforming machine. Web in-feed is automatically synchronized to match the thermoforming machine speed. The diameter of the rotor assembly is 250 mm /10″ and motor sizes of up to 20HP are available. Highly effective soundproofed encapsulation cuts noise significantly.

The Turbo-wash replaces the pre-washing tank of the first-generation washing plants. The machine is designed according to the principles of a Vertical centrifuge and includes a combination of washing and a subsequent initial drying action. It is therefore possible to process very dirty pre-shredded material with high paper content and Aluminum foil residues. The Turbo-wash also improves the recovery rate of the Sink Float Tank.
